My mother, a BK sister, is my inspiration for this community. This is a journal for sharing recipes I find that can be made by BKs (no egg, no garlic, no onion). Most of them I've just edited, but sometimes I come across a good one that's naturally BK-friendly. Most recipes will be what the average westerner's palate is used to. American cooking measurements are used. If you're looking for a kind of recipe in particular, just follow the tags. Anyone may join, but I will be the sole poster. Please do not request posting access, as it won't be granted. I made this a community cos it's easier than starting another account.

some things to note
The BKSWU/O is NOT a cult. Read this if you don't understand.

There is some debate on whether it is a religion or not. While people of all faiths are welcome at their classes & not required to change, the renunciate side fits the dictionary definition of a religion. http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=religion
They also could fit the dictionary definition of pagan, which, by the way, is not a bad word.
